Why women look for a bladder support supplement like FemiPro

Most women who look at a product like this want fewer bathroom worries in daily life. Some feel a rush to go at awkward times. Others have had urinary infections before and want a simple daily habit.

These are common, private concerns. A daily capsule can feel like an easy first step, which is why the category is popular.

Urgency and frequency

Needing to go often, or feeling a sudden urge, can shape a whole day of plans.

Past urinary infections

Women who have had repeat UTIs often look for a daily routine to support urinary health.

Microbiome interest

Many women want Lactobacillus bacteria as part of their routine, with cranberry in the same capsule.

Start with the basics. For leaks and urgency, the first steps doctors use are pelvic floor exercises and bladder training (NIDDK, 2021). They cost nothing. FemiPro can sit alongside them, but it is not a substitute.

Want the background first? Read the urinary health guide.

What is FemiPro? Urinary health capsules explained

FemiPro is a daily dietary supplement capsule for women. It pairs a 350 mg herbal blend of mimosa pudica seed, cranberry, bearberry leaf and berberine with a 50 mg blend of five Lactobacillus strains.

Three white FemiPro bottles with pink labels
Each FemiPro bottle holds 30 capsules, a 30-day supply at one a day.

FemiPro is a daily dietary supplement for women, sold as a capsule. It pairs an herbal blend with a probiotic blend. The herbs are mimosa pudica seed, cranberry, bearberry leaf and berberine. The probiotics are five Lactobacillus strains.

The front of the label reads “Clinically Researched Ingredients” and lists three claims: bladder control support, microbiome balance and a healthy urinary system. Each claim carries an asterisk. That asterisk means the FDA has not evaluated it.

The bottle is made in the USA using foreign and U.S. ingredients. It is distributed by FemiPro, 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278. Gofemipro runs this site as the Licensed U.S. retail desk for FemiPro.

About the blend name. The label calls the herbs a “UTI Herbal Blend.” That is a name, not a promise. FemiPro does not treat, cure or prevent urinary infections. A supplement cannot treat an active UTI. See a doctor for burning, fever, back pain or blood in the urine.

How does FemiPro work?

FemiPro aims to support the urinary tract in two ways. The herbs target the bladder and urinary tract, and the probiotics add friendly Lactobacillus bacteria. Here is what research says about each part.

Seller graphic titled How FemiPro Works, with four steps and six ingredient icons around three FemiPro bottles
The seller’s how-it-works graphic. It pictures two probiotic strains. The label lists five.
  1. Cranberry PACs in the urine

Cranberry proanthocyanidins (PACs) can make urine less friendly to bacteria that stick to the bladder wall. In one study, this anti-stick effect rose with the dose (Howell et al., 2010). A large review found cranberry probably lowers repeat UTIs in women who get them often (Williams et al., 2023).

  2. Bearberry for mild bladder symptoms

Bearberry leaf has a traditional use for mild bladder symptoms in adult women. European regulators accept it for courses of one week at most (EMA, 2018).

  3. Lactobacillus bacteria

The five strains add friendly Lactobacillus bacteria. Probiotic effects depend on the exact strain and the dose (NIH ODS, 2025).

  4. Berberine and mimosa pudica

Berberine has been studied for blood sugar and lipids, not for the bladder (Liu et al., 2025). Mimosa pudica seed has lab and animal data only (Adurosakin et al., 2023).

Read this with care. No published study has tested FemiPro itself. The research above looked at single ingredients, often at known doses that the FemiPro label does not print. See the dose check below.

The full chain is on the how it works page.

FemiPro ingredients: what are the two blends?

FemiPro has two blends and nine named actives in total. The UTI Herbal Blend is 350 mg and holds four herbs. The Probiotic Blend is 50 mg and holds five strains. Total active weight is 400 mg per capsule.

FemiPro dosage vs. research dosage: an honest look

The ingredients in FemiPro have research behind them, at very different strengths. The problem is the blend format: the label gives one total for four herbs, so the amount of each is unknown.

Cranberry PACsFemiPro: amount not published · Research: 36-72 mg PAC a day

The cranberry share of the 350 mg blend is not printed, so the PAC dose is unknown. Sources: (Xiong et al., 2024) (Howell et al., 2010)

BerberineFemiPro: amount not published · Research: 300-1,500 mg a day

The whole herbal blend is 350 mg, so berberine sits below most research doses. Sources: (Liu et al., 2025)

Bearberry (arbutin)FemiPro: amount not published · Research: 200-840 mg arbutin, 1 week max

Regulators advise short courses only; FemiPro is a daily product. Sources: (EMA, 2018)

Probiotic blend50 mg, CFU not printed1-10 billion CFU is typical (NIH ODS, 2025)Cannot be compared

The biggest unknown is the cranberry dose. Trials that helped used at least 36 mg of PACs a day (Xiong et al., 2024). The label tells you the PAC percentage of the extract, but not how much extract is in the capsule.

The weakest probiotic link is the evidence itself. A review of oral probiotics found no clear drop in repeat UTIs (Schwenger et al., 2015). The L. crispatus trials used a different strain given vaginally, not by mouth (Stapleton et al., 2011) (Cohen et al., 2020).

The bearberry caution. European regulators advise bearberry leaf for one week at most, and not for long daily use (EMA, 2018). Its main compound breaks down to hydroquinone, a concern over long periods (EMA, 2018). FemiPro is taken every day. Ask your doctor before using it for more than a week.

What are the benefits of FemiPro?

The label names three benefits. Each is a structure/function claim, which supplements may make without FDA review as long as they carry the asterisk (FDA, 2024).

Bladder Control Support*

Bearberry has a traditional use for mild bladder symptoms over short courses (EMA, 2018). No study has tested FemiPro for bladder control.

Microbiome Balance*

The five Lactobacillus strains are meant to support a healthy bacterial balance. Probiotic effects are strain-specific (NIH ODS, 2025).

Healthy Urinary System*

Cranberry has the strongest research of the group, at known PAC doses (Williams et al., 2023). The FemiPro PAC dose is not printed.

What FemiPro does not do

  • It does not treat, cure or prevent UTIs, incontinence, overactive bladder or interstitial cystitis.
  • It does not treat yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis.
  • It does not replace antibiotics, prescribed medicine or a visit to your doctor.
  • It does not replace pelvic floor exercises or bladder training.
  • It is not FDA approved. No dietary supplement is approved by the FDA before sale.

FemiPro comes as a capsule with a gelatin shell, not a gummy, a powder or a liquid. Each bottle holds 30 capsules, and you take one a day, so a bottle lasts 30 days.

One bottle holds 30 capsules, a 30-day supply at one capsule a day.

FemiPro comes as a capsule with a gelatin shell. It is not a gummy, a powder or a liquid. Because the shell is gelatin, it is not vegetarian, even though a vegetarian seal appears in some sales material.

Each bottle holds 30 capsules. The fillers help the powder fill each capsule evenly.

How long do you plan to take it?

Three bottles cover 90 days. The money-back window still closes at day 60, so decide by then.

Our honest pick. Start with one bottle, or three if your doctor is happy with daily bearberry. The 6-bottle pack has the lowest daily cost, but it commits you to 180 days of a product regulators advise for short courses. The refund window closes at day 60 whichever pack you pick.

Is FemiPro safe? Side effects and interactions

FemiPro is not for everyone. The label advises a physician check for anyone pregnant, nursing, under 18 or with a medical condition. The ingredient research adds a few specific cautions.

Check with a doctor first if any of these apply

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding: do not use. Bearberry and berberine are not advised (EMA, 2018) (NCCIH, 2025).
  • Kidney problems: bearberry is not advised. Ask your doctor.
  • Any daily medicine: berberine slowed several liver enzymes that clear common drugs (Guo et al., 2012).
  • Warfarin or another blood thinner: cranberry has mixed data with warfarin (NCCIH, 2024).
Infection signs. A supplement cannot treat an active UTI. See a doctor for burning, fever, back pain or blood in the urine.

The full list is on the side effects page.

How long does FemiPro take to work?

The maker does not publish a timeline. Seller sample feedback says most buyers wait 4 to 8 weeks before judging. Treat the stages below as a rough guide, not a promise.

  1. Weeks 1-2

Settle into the routine. Most people notice little this early.

  2. Weeks 4-8

The window the seller’s sample feedback points to for a first judgment.

  3. Day 60

The money-back window closes. Decide before this date.

  4. Weeks 12-24

Cranberry PAC benefits in trials appeared over this span.

FemiPro FAQ: is it legit, is it safe, where to buy?

These answers cover what buyers ask about FemiPro: ingredients, how to take it, side effects, who should not take it, price, FDA status and the 60-day money-back guarantee.

What is FemiPro?

FemiPro is a women's dietary supplement capsule for bladder and urinary support. Each capsule holds a 350 mg herbal blend of mimosa pudica seed, cranberry, bearberry leaf and berberine, plus a 50 mg blend of five Lactobacillus strains.

How do I take FemiPro?

Take 1 capsule a day with 6-8 oz of water, or as a healthcare professional directs. Do not take more than the label says. The bottle holds 30 capsules, so one bottle lasts 30 days.

What ingredients are in FemiPro capsules?

Each capsule holds a 350 mg herbal blend of cranberry, bearberry, berberine and mimosa. It also holds a 50 mg probiotic blend of five Lactobacillus strains, and the capsule shell is gelatin.

How many probiotic strains are in FemiPro?

Five: L. crispatus LCr86, L. acidophilus LA88, L. plantarum N13, L. gasseri LG08 and L. casei LC16. The CFU count is not printed, and probiotic effects depend on the exact strain and the dose.

Can FemiPro replace a doctor visit?

No. FemiPro is a supplement, not a medicine, and it is not a substitute for medical care. For burning, fever, back pain or blood in the urine, see a doctor. The 60-day window is a purchase policy, not a medical promise.

Is FemiPro vegetarian?

No. The label lists gelatin as the capsule shell. A vegetarian seal appears in some sales material, but the label is what counts. FemiPro comes as a capsule, not a gummy, powder or liquid.

Who should not take FemiPro?

Anyone under 18, and anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, should not take FemiPro without asking a physician. People with kidney problems, or who take medicines or warfarin, should ask a doctor first. The label also says to check with a physician if you have a medical condition.

Does FemiPro have side effects?

No side effect list is printed, but the page lists cautions. Berberine can change how many drugs are cleared, so talk to your doctor first if you take any other drug, a blood thinner such as warfarin, or have kidney problems. It is not for anyone under 18 or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.

Is FemiPro FDA approved?

No. Like every dietary supplement, FemiPro is sold without FDA approval. The GMP and FDA-registered facility marks on this page describe where it is made, not an approval of the product.

Does FemiPro have a money-back guarantee?

Yes. You have 60 days from the purchase date. Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, then send the bottles to the returns address. The buyer pays return shipping, and the refund takes 3-5 business days after the return is credited.

How much does FemiPro cost, and is this the official website?

The sales-page price tags show $69 for 1 bottle, $59 a bottle for 3 and $49 a bottle for 6. The final total and shipping appear at checkout. Gofemipro is the Licensed U.S. retail desk for FemiPro, not the manufacturer, and orders go through the secure checkout.

Is FemiPro legit?

FemiPro is a real product with a printed label, a named distributor and a working order desk. It is sold with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Reviews shown on this site are unverified sample copy, and the lot number is a seller reference, not lab proof.
